WiRE’s asset management division (WIND) works with a diverse range of institutions, corporates, high net-worth individual investors and retail consumers to achieve their goals and financial well-being and bring an innovative approach to adding and extracting value from real estate positions.
WIND comprises of two business lines:
1. Real estate asset management refers to the process of maximizing the value and return on investment of a property; this includes finding the highest and most consistent sources of revenue, reducing expenditures whenever possible and reducing risk. We take a principal approach to managing your real estate positions and also structure effective ways to manage and monetise assets.
2. WiRE’s transaction team will:
– Strategically manage and dispose your real estate asset or portfolio by helping you achieve business goals and improve the recoverability of your portfolio. We will get to know the overall business goals and its portfolio dynamics, then align our performance/ KPIs with them.
– Provide M&A advisory and assistance in raising finance, as well as ongoing transaction support including go to market strategies, feasibility analysis, financial modelling, market analysis, site analysis, competitor study, identification of investors, and assistance in the preparation of road shows/ investor presentations through the preparation of teasers, information memorandum and process structure.
